That was fun, wasn’t it? Four of our neighbor’s dogs with their people, gathered to celebrate Spencer’s birthday. He’s a very popular dog.

You contributed plenty. But now you seem to be getting along so well! I’m glad – she’s a sweet dog. We are going to go together up to the park on the hill, so you two can play off leash there.

It was shocking! You two yelling and growling and screaming and rolling and tumbling around in a terrible fight! We had to run after you to pull you apart!

That was all I could get hold of in the excitement.

Rosie barked in my face.

We think she got startled by something and barked. Sweetie, I think you over-reacted.
